Rolls-Royce has stepped into the arcade with the Black Badge Ghost Gamer, a one-off bespoke commission that merges luxury craftsmanship with retro video game aesthetics.
Commissioned by a tech entrepreneur, the Ghost transforms the automaker’s polished silhouette into a tribute to the pixelated worlds of early gaming. The exterior pairs Salamanca Blue with Crystal-over-Diamond Black (loving Colour chip names!), whilst a hand-painted Alien drifts across the coachwork in classic 8-bit style.
The details are where it gets entertaining, with seat embroidery reads “Players One to Four,” hidden Easter Eggs touchpoints. It’s Rolls-Royce’s Bespoke department pushing the creative brief into unexplored territory: high-end craftsmanship applied to low-tech pixelated pop culture.
This is the first-ever Rolls-Royce inspired by vintage video game culture. Two completely different worlds colliding, and somehow it works.
